The PMI inductive positioning system is used to detect linear position and measure rotation angle. The positioning system is reliable in dusty and dirty environments and under extreme temperature fluctuations. A patented configurationand wiring of multiple coils within a single sensor and intelligent evaluation enable maximum precision and efficiency. Depending on application requirements, the measuring range and several switch points or windows can be defined in one sensor. Equipped with IO-Link, PMI inductive positioning systems pave the way for Industry 4.0 applications.
F90 series PMI positioning system
The F90 series PMI positioning system offers an unprecedented range of features for your application. IO-Link, simultaneous detection of two damping elements, and measuring and switching functions are integrated into one device. The F90 series is available in three measurement lengths (40 mm, 80 mm, and 120 mm).
F112 series PMI positioning system
With a measurement range of 14 mm, the F112 series PMI positioning system provides high-precision position data or switch points/windows. IO-Link offers new possibilities in space-restricted applications, and the sensor is fully encapsulated in a rugged metal housing with IP67 protection,
F166 series PMI positioning system
Due to its compact design and rugged metal housing, the F166 series PMI positioning system is a perfect solution for basic applications in tight spaces.
